  • Stand on a flat surface infront of an elevated block. Climb on an elevated block one step at time.
  • Lie on sides on a flat bed with affected hip facing upwards. Drop upper affected hip downwards with unaffected hip still on bed. Twist your trunk to opposite side. Hold this position for 10 seconds.
